Once again after a long day at work I find myself unable to sleep because I have the crazy need to bake French Macarons. (Also I am highly amused, due to lack of sleep, that I have to add macaron to the computers dictionary.) Since it is late and I know I will mess them up I decided to start a blog about what I bake. (Samantha is to thank for that.) Many of the things I make have liqueur in them; thus the birth of LUSH-ous Baking. So hello blog world... and now I am going to say good night so I can dream of flours and pieds*.

Pied- the small pleat on macarons. A macaron has to have a pied to be a macaron.
